Accommodation and Operating Rules of the Area

1. Introductory Provisions

The Svatošky dětský ráj (Children's Paradise) area is designed as a freely open, publicly accessible place for everyone, especially children. The area is a natural part of the surrounding nature with all its beauties and resulting risks. All visitors to the area are obliged to familiarize themselves with these operating rules and terms and conditions upon entering the area and to observe the rules set out herein. We wish for the beauty and tranquility of the local landscape to affect you in the area, and for this, considerate behavior and especially the observance of peace, order, and cleanliness throughout the area are required. The area was built as a pioneer camp in 1950, and we took it over in 2013 without major reconstructions. We do not offer luxury, but comfort in a pleasant place surrounded by pure nature.

The area operates seasonally from April 30, 2026 to October 31, 2026. Operating hours of our refreshment stand: Mon - Fri from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sat - Sun from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, operating hours may be affected by weather or other external influences. It is possible to walk or ride a bike through the area over the new bridge, which is located behind the U Indiána refreshment building. Visitors may come into contact with animals, see the Animals and Plants article below.

6. Animals and Plants

6.1 Animals

The area is also accessible for your pets. However, please be considerate of other visitors and especially of our animals. Your dogs may react inappropriately to the inhabitants of our petting zoo. Therefore, it is necessary that your dogs are always on a leash. Their excrement belongs in the trash cans. Bags are available at the entrance to the area and in the U Indiána refreshment stand.

Horses, sheep, goats, and poultry can move around the area. When in contact with the animals, it is necessary to stay calm and avoid shouting and sudden movements. Under no circumstances should you stick your fingers into the bird aviaries. Feeding the animals is prohibited.

Horse paddocks are bordered by white fence tapes that transmit electrical impulses. Please be careful of yourselves and especially of small children so that they do not come into contact with these electrical tapes; the electric fence does not endanger human health or life, but it could be an unpleasant experience for children.

6.2 Plants

Please do not pick plants or flowers, do not break branches off trees; firewood can be taken from designated places indicated by an area worker. Do not break bark off trees or make any cuts into them. Do not climb trees. Camp only in designated areas intended for this purpose. Children can take fallen pinecones and branches from the ground to play with. When camping under trees, it is necessary to consider the danger during a thunderstorm - lightning, falling branches.

7. Safety and Movement Around the Area

Keep in mind that the Svatošky dětský ráj area is set in original nature. Your children may trip over roots, stumps, stones; branches may fall from trees during strong winds. In the 1950s, as part of construction efforts, a railway was built that encircled the entire area. Despite all our efforts to eliminate this burden, sleepers with metal spikes may still emerge from the ground, even though we are trying with all our might to find and remove them. Do not enter the horse paddocks.

Access to the river is partially blocked by a fence; however, the fencing is not continuous, and especially at the U Indiána refreshment stand, where there is a port for paddlers, and in the back part of the area by the last log cabin, your children can get right to the river. Parents need to constantly monitor their children's movement around the area.

Access to the river is at your own risk, and the river always poses a danger to your children if you leave them unattended.

At the entrance to the area on the left side is a wastewater treatment plant. The place is clearly marked, and under no circumstances should you enter the wastewater treatment plant area.

Entry to the accommodation buildings is permitted only to persons accommodated there. If you are not accommodated in a specific building, entry to all buildings except the U Indiána refreshment stand and sanitary facilities is strictly prohibited.

Smoking in the area is possible only in the designated place, which is the outdoor seating area by the U Indiána refreshment stand. Do not smoke outside these areas in the area. Cigarette butts belong in ashtrays, not on the ground. Please be considerate of non-smokers and children. There is a strict ban on smoking inside the buildings, including the U Indiána refreshment stand, in the trampoline area, the children's wading pool, the children's playground, and in the areas intended for animal movement.

Fires. Campfires can only be lit in designated places in the area; it is always necessary to inform the area staff in advance. Firewood can only be taken from places designated by the children's paradise staff.

After the stay, it is necessary to check children for ticks. We recommend the same check for adults. Take into account that in the area and in its close proximity there may be contact with forest animals, and primarily with forest bees, wasps, hornets, wild boars, foxes, and snakes. It must be realized that the area is not a playground at a supermarket in the city center.

Entry to the area and access to individual attractions and especially to animals is strictly prohibited under the influence of alcohol or other addictive substances. The area is not intended for persons who cannot imagine spending their free time without these substances. In case of excessive alcohol consumption or any drug use, the area operators are entitled to immediately terminate the stay of these persons and expel them from the area without compensation.

It is not allowed to bring weapons into the area.

8. Common and Final Provisions

These operating rules apply throughout the entire Svatošky dětský ráj area. Road traffic rules apply throughout the entire area.

In the event of a violation of these operating rules and terms and conditions, the operator has the right to terminate the stay and expel the visitor from the area, even before the expiration of the agreed accommodation period. The right to compensation for possible damage caused by a visitor to the area is not affected by this.
