This privacy policy explains how the company Svatošky - dětský ráj s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") collects, processes, and protects your personal data when using our website and when booking our services. 3. What personal data we process and why
When submitting an accommodation reservation through our web form, we require and process the following data from you: full name (first name and surname), e-mail address, phone number, and details about the reservation itself, such as the dates of stay, number of guests, and the selected cabin.
Purpose of processing: Processing your data from the form is necessary for the successful handling of your reservation, for subsequent communication regarding your stay, and for the fulfillment of the accommodation contract.
Furthermore, when browsing our website, we process your IP address. This step is necessary for the secure and proper functioning of the website.
Legal basis: The processing of reservations is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – necessity for the performance of a contract. The processing of IP addresses is based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
4. Who we share your data with
Your personal data is primarily processed by our employees for the purpose of handling your reservation, who are bound by a duty of confidentiality. To ensure the technical operation of the website and our services, we use the following processors and third parties:
Web hosting provider: WEDOS Internet, a.s., on whose servers our website is hosted. This company processes data from contact forms.
Technical solution providers (CDN): For the correct display of fonts and smoothness of animations, we use external services Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) and jsDelivr (Prospect One). When loading these elements on the website, your IP address is transmitted to the respective providers for content delivery purposes.
5. Use of Cookies
We do not use any marketing or analytical tracking tools on our website. We use only strictly necessary (functional) cookies that ensure the basic functionality and user comfort of the website:
preferred_language – stores your language preference for any future visits (validity: 1 year)
language_popup_dismissed – remembers that you have hidden the language selection pop-up window (validity: 1 year)
These cookies are necessary for the basic function of the website and do not require your explicit consent.
6. Retention period of personal data
We retain your personal data only for the time strictly necessary for the purpose of its processing:
Data from accommodation reservations is primarily kept for the duration of handling the reservation and the duration of your stay.
After the end of the reservation, we keep the data for the time necessary to fulfill legal archiving obligations, specifically 6 years in accordance with Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, and for the time necessary to maintain the guest book according to Act No. 179/2006 Coll.
7. Your Rights
According to the GDPR and the Czech Personal Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
Right of access – to request information about what personal data of yours we process, and to request access to it.
Right to rectification – to request the correction of inaccurate or outdated personal data.
Right to erasure – to request the deletion of your personal data if the reason for their processing has ceased (with the exception of data that we must keep for legal reasons).
Right to restriction of processing – to request the restriction of the processing of your data in certain cases.
Right to object – to raise an objection against the processing of your data.
Right to data portability – to obtain your personal data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller.
